Art Portraits That Capture the Human Spirit.

The art pieces  has the immense power to make us feel all kinds of emotions, from the greatest euphoria to the deepest sadness. In any of its forms, we feel what the artist wants to express. But what about the portraits? these art pieces offer a deep look inside the person, revealing character and personality. They also show the artist's imagination, illustrating with each brush stroke his perspective of the person at that moment.

Portraits are fundamental art pieces for an artistic repertoire. These are some of the most famous portraits that have captured the essence of humanity throughout time:

Art work The Kiss by Gustav Klimt.

This art piece perfectly captures the love and passion of two lovers melting into an embrace. The flowers that grow from their heads and feet symbolize health and fertility. The masculine and feminine duality is shown in the contrast of their garments: the man's suit decorated with black and gray rectangles that with their vertices represent masculinity, and the woman's suit with delicate circular patterns that highlight her femininity.

Art work Guernica by Pablo Picasso.

The most famous protest in art, this piece was created in response to the bombing of the Basque city of Guernica during the Spanish Civil War. Each figure expresses the despair, anguish and desolation that war inflicts on its victims.
